Hi everyone, I'm a DIYer with a week's training how to tile. I am about to tile my shower. I plan to use a tanking kit first such as the MAPEI one. My question however is, would the trowel scratch the surface of the cured membrane, causing a breach and negating any waterproofing done?

Hi Some help please What trowel notch size would I need for floor porcelain tiles @ 90cm x 15cm? Would 10mm square be ok? Also is it best to back butter the tile or not needed on this size tile? Thanks

Hello Has anyone had any experience using the Genesis Stainless Steel interchangeable trowels? My Vitrex 6mm notched trowel handle which is made of plastic snapped off so looking for something better constructed that will last. Any alternative options welcome i.e Rubi / Raimondi etc Cheers
