    What would you do?

I'm going to tile this at my flat, it's the front door & I've framed it & stuck 18mm ply to it. I haven't tiled to ply for ages & was wondering to either tile to it direct or stick Hardie on top & tile to that. It's inside a landing/close so never gets any weather affecting it.

Flex Lcp1703vr Planetary Polisher - Would You Use This?

Due to the huge volume of enquiries we get for concrete countertop polishing we're looking for a compact planetary polisher. The obvious route would be the Samich/Klindex UFO - but it's quite bulky (tall) and expensive. There's the Chinese option of course, but I've not seen anything I rate so...

I've been fitting some laminate flooring at a house and the homeowners were also having some tiling done by two "builders". How would you guys/gals react to this?

I am helping a mate of mine on a floor atm. In places the bed is quite deep, in these areas we are using Norcross thick bed pour able. My gripe with some of these adhesives is when you have to bed up the tiles can slump, as this stuff can have the viscosity of oil even when mixed stiff. Anyway...
