Discuss 22mm No More Ply in the DIY Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Hi,

I'm installing aluminum spreader plate under floor heating between joists (1930s house), and I'm thinking of using 22mm No More Ply over the joists, then tiles.

What do you think about this setup? Is that better than ply plus a thinner backer board? Will I still get enough heat transfer through?

Thanks in advance!
