we have spoke with the owners this afternoon , all went great , money upfront no problem if thats what we want,
they will put us up in digs, and free curry .
i will drop the free lager in later

As with all contracts you can be Nan too careful. Make sure you Tikka all the right boxes. Or you will be bitten like a Cobra. For Starters you masala be very careful or your contract will be Vindaloo before you know it. You dont want to get the Alloo Chop so sort all disputes without being Alloo Gobbee.

will no time scale when we go down to view job + they dont know what tiles they are having yet

They won’t want to be closed for more than a week or two they will want the shop open asap the toilets will not be as important to them

just back from oxford.
204m2 floor, all needs slc, tiles will be 400x400 ceramics main restaurant and bar area
kitch floor 55 m2 needs slc all over , tiles 100x100 :yikes:

walls 55 m2 tiles 200x200 ceramics

the main floor area thay have tried to level out with slc , they used 36 bags and made a right mess of it

i can scrape the slc up with my finger nails , he could,nt tell me which slc they used , but he knows they mixed sand with it ,think it will all have to come up .

the slc im subbing out to a pal of mine who lives down there

we have agreed a price for the tiling + addy , im more than happy with price

the floor varies upto about 20 mm form a joining rooms

Will you have to wait till his brother comes back from Asia or is it in your bank - getting to be like a soap opera.
