accounting software

Hi there, does anyone use software that helps you to keep your accounts in order, allowing you to do estimates and invoices from etc.

I am loking for such a thing so as it will make my life easier( hopefully ) must be easy to use though.
any suggestions and experiences?

I used to use Sage but far too much that i never used.
i am using this now and find it great, lets you do an estimate and convert to an invoice easily

I can honestly say it does exactly what i want it to do and more. The only problem i have is converting to PDF and emails. I think it has something to do with my PC though and i dont actually need these features but it would be the icing on the cake.

Also its is not strictly an accounting package...its Invoicing and Estimates

use "cute PDF" it then come up in you printer options, so when you want to print something change the 'Printer' to cute pdf and it will produce the file. It's free to. they are many free ones but this was the only one I could find that didn't have a software name watermark imbeded to the pdf print outs

Cheers that works great, i have to save file as PDF where really i shoould be able to press the PDF button within the program to be able to do this...Its a good work around though.

I just found this Snappy Invoice System

Not sure how good it is but you can download it free Here

Please note the free download is a file sharing website so make sure you have good security on your computer before you download.
