For customers that dont want to pay....WE HAVE WAYS OF PERSUADING THEM.......lol lol:shades_smile:

Hello.

I have encountered this situation before as well.
I call the customer and explain the situation....and go from there.
Leave all responsibility on them.

Good luck.

Also....I never ever use spacers. I snap chalk lines on the floor in box shapes....and grid pattern the whole area to be set. If a tile starts getting bigger nad smaller...I am not "locked" in by spacers and I can adjust as I go.

Aslo....the guy who taught me tile always said...

"A good grout job can make a crappy tile job look good, but a crappy grout job will make a good tile job look bad."

Very good. I might put that at the bottom of my posts:wink_smile:

I'd presonally try to get the customer to pick the tiles and let me get them ( trade discounts etc... ;-) ) Although I appreciate this is not the case many a time. I do like to offer the customer a discount on tiles, say 20%, if I'm getting 50% trade discount, I'm getting 30% back in my hand
