Definately better getting the bigger van. Got a Transit Connect myself and it just about fits all my tools in it, although need the towbar and roofrack for sheeting or bulky loads. Would go for a SWB Transit next time I think.

I have a Transit Connect Swb and it just about fits everything in, great little van but I do need a roof rack for 8x4 sheets though, I believe that the Connect Lwb high roof has a folding front seat and bulkhead cage that will then allow you to fit 8x4 sheets inside, might be worth a look?, but if you can afford a full size Transit then the bigger the better I guess, you WILL fill it up!

I have got transporter T5 short wheel base I would recommend it .
if I change it will be transporter again but long wheel base bigger van is better than once business kicks off you dont have to worry about upgrading to a bigger size
