All good advice above listen to your mentor, if they tell you they know every thing about tiling, they are kidding themselves. A good tiler never stops learning, we must keep up with the changes in our noble trade, that is why I still love the challenge each job brings.
An old saying "there is no such thing as a bad student, only bad teachers" enjoy the job, happy tiling folks.
Best advice..?
Stop whinging and get on with it and whilst your on make a cuppa , then sweep up but not before you knock a mix up after you bring me some MORE tiles... Now hurry up..
I've said it before Phil, you have been in the game for 42yrs & you still go on training courses, that says it all for me.
