righto folks am back after partially slipping a disc and also getting deknackered due to my wifes demands, was walking like had a beachball between me legs for a while and told the doc if it hurt id tile him into a wall lol

been doing wee jobs at mo but keeping laid back now and lifting correctly lol

Had a fully slipped disc removed a few years back now, I know what it's like, not nice.

Nice to see you back, from a fellow sciatica sufferer, funny I didn't suffer from back/leg pain before I became a tiler! I find kitchen splashbacks the worst what about anyone else?

My left buttock muscle just knots up when up and down stairs, Had it so long now just try to work round it.
