Final measues as the job may be different to the original quote plus some contracts are based on a meterage rate.

Exactly as Neale says above. As an example I've got a job going at the moment tiling some toilets in a department store. When I first had a site visit they still hadn't decided how much wall tiling was going to be done so the order for the job was at an agreed rate per m2 subject to final measure. Another example was a recent vinyl job I did. The vinyl was free issued and the drawing scaled off to 160m2. When I measured it at the end there was nearer 190m2 so there was an extra of 30m2 to invoice.

How does this machine cope with smaller areas though. My jobs tend to be Kitchen size and sometimes with kitchen installed.

I think it's like most tools Neale, you have to use it a few times to know how it handles! I can manoeuvre one of these round in small spaces quite easily now. I remember the first time I ever sanded a floor. The customer was talking to me and I was saying how I did this all the time. I pulled the trigger and this machine dragged me all round the room bouncing of the skirting boards, I looked a right tool!!

Bargain for £410 Bri going have to sell some machines to make room for it , I have a rubi masonry table saw, a 1200 bed stayer cer 400 , a dewalt d2400 , a diamant boart ts230l, a rubi nd 200 diamant and now a raimondi pikus , I am turning into a bit of a hoarder lol.

No I really want a Raimondi zoe but this came up so I went for it , definitely need a clear out of gear any one want a raimondi Berta adv with 2 brand new sponge rollers and a spare water trough for £400
