I am just finishing off 155 mtrs of 60x60 Jura beige limestone(floor) on the big job at Bowes village.

Then have a w.c. to fully tile in black slate(23 mtrs) and the gym wet room walls to do , then that should be the big job done... at last 🙂

What you doing this week..?

3 kitchen floors this week, 2 with heat mats and insulation. So quite an easy week which totals around 65 metres, not exciting, but very profitable.....

Good morning to you all, been a long time since I have been on here. This week we are finishing the last few plots to two hundred flats in south London. Also with a bit of good weather finally finishing a 250m2 external Victoria floor to a listed building in east London. Then having a holiday to Miami in a few weeks

Got a full bathroom and kitchen refurb from start to finish both in same house and its empty so got to make my own coffee should keep me busy for a couple of weeks may be 3 as long as everything is delivered when its meant to be.

Got some factory WC`s to tile (walls only) Supply and fix, nice and straight but not that exciting. A few other jobs but nothing special.

Another geometric this week, then another one after that. I am doing Arundel in my sleep atm.:yikes:

A plumber has goofed me up on current job, I have told the firm I'm doing it for to get another tiler in for Tuesday as I'm off by tomorrow. I have most done.
I'll then get back to OOC's house and try to finish it over the next two weeks.
All go here.

going over the border deep into cornwall tomorrow to restore 2x terrazzo floors on a caravan park, a few areas to repair and a full regrind and polish and a sealer to be applied.

Just need to grout these wall tiles Tiling 014.jpg Then finish this bit & grout Tiling 015.jpgTiling 017.jpgTiling 018.jpg Then start limestone floor.

A shower room with 600x300 tiles, long and thin so loads of cutting....I done the dry linning so nice and flat...

Started repairing a few floor tiles today and most of 1 half came up so i spent the day taking up tiles and addy and checking rest, night shift at my local mcdonalds replacing tiles but this could turn into a big job as i suspect the whole floor will have to come up, back to lay and grout floor i started today then bathroom suite change and probably full re-tile for rest of the week and hopefully a couple more nights on the mcdonalds job if it needs it. all exciting stuff!

when you going to sleep......lol

Nothing exciting for me this week today just finishing off a fair sized job I have been working on and going back to another job I did before xmas to do all the Silicon work tomorrow ,might be starting a rip out of a tiled floor where the previous tiler had unibonded the anhydrite floor then used a cement based adhesive the whole floor is loose so its all being skipped and I am relaying it

i had a nightmare start to a new wetroom today,i was enveloping the floor and i struggled to cut 600 x 300 porcelain (very hard) on the 45 degrees as they kept breaking on one of the grout lines running through the tiles. i got the wet cutter out only to see my marchrist blade was damaged so after a quick call to dave at tradetiler i've ordered a dna montiblade at £120 :yikes:. i eventually got the floor enveloped with the sigma then got the wall tiles out (also 600 x 300) to find the 2 colours 4mm difference in length and width. after trying all ways the customer wants the dark wall tiles in the wetroom on 45 and the light tiles eveyrwere else. i think this is going to be a bigger job than anticipated. all day work though so i guess that's some consolation. i think a drink is required :8:

just spoke to my customer regarding the anhydrite floor ,not doing it until 19th march now so it looks like i will be shuffling forward a small ensuite in this week
