always wear ear and eye protection when power cutting, been using knee pads in Snickers trousers for 20+ years, always keep workplace hoovered out to keep dust down, been using washboys for as long as I can remember to keep dust down-I know a lot of old boys used to dry rub grouting afterwards, rarely get cuts even tho I don't wear gloves, my back does have the usual strains if doing floors for weeks on end tho.

Im a sod for not wearing my glasses amd ear defenders but i always have those thin gloves on to protecty hands. I tend to get alot of dust in my eyes and becomes sore

i wear knee pads, googles, ear plugs, latex gloves. no mask as glasses steam when wearing it.
trying to lift loads safely - only two bags at time....

Other than the norm.......nothing major (Touch wood)

Although recently, I have been suffering from wot sounds like "frozen shoulder"
That just feels like I have been throwing a cricket ball for hours on end........aches like hell a lot.

But fit as a smoker????

Not got the best back, so now carry a sack barrow in the van. Use it all the time, much easier than lifting 2 boxes of 600 x 300 by hand.

I've had so many health problems it's hard to tell lol the only work related problem is my knees hurt after a while and stiffen up I wear glasses, gloves and a dust mask when I remember lol
