i personally hate all B&Q tiles, usually different size tiles in the same box and sometimes different shades, usually broke corners aswell.
for a few pounds more and with my trade discount you can get a decent tile from a tile shop. i know they have made an improvement in the tiles they sell but i dont look forward to using them and try and put the customer off going there.
wickes tiles are just a no go for me,will not put them up,terrible tiles and when i called and told them they just said "yeah well nevermind". 3 different shades of white in one box and 3 different sizes.
must admit in my local B&Q i havent seen these tiles but my local isnt that big and the tile choice is quite small.

Hi
Ive just tiled a 30m kitchen floor with the biege polished porcelain from b&q and the box said they dont need sealing, so i did'nt, the floor looks fab, three washes then a good buff worked fine for me

i took a photo of the fitting instructions from the back of the box i will post it later, says they dont need sealing??????

I wouldn't believe everything that is typed here, inc. this.
However this thread has had over 2k views others over 5k so it's certainly of interest.
What you read on the boxes now is BQ response to 3/4 years of 'issues' with the 600x600mm porcelain that they have been importing.
18months ago (last time I used cream version) they were advising sealing the tiles, and the boxes clearly stated NOT for use on worktops and areas of hygiene.
At the end of the day you should test them for your own satisfaction - ref Red wine, oil etc and only go by what you find.

I will do a test before to check and let you no what i find with these new tiles, they are 500 x 500 now so maybe they are different to the older 600 square ones where they had alot of problems? im just still in 2 minds if to take these back and get something completely different.

There Is a fair bit of pre sealed porc coming on the market down here (doing one at the mo) they call it Nano finish there not bad NERO GRANITO seem to be the better at it
