b&q-cause for concern
this weeks best ones-
bathroom floor-yes you guessed it!,turned up to price and customer had a tub of b&q own brand adhesive
"yes sir this will be fine for your floor" the tub says it can only be spread up to 4mm deep:yikes::yikes::yikes:
bathroom quote-600mm2 black ploished porcelain!
"yes sir they can be fixed to 9mm plasterboard walls"

black polished granite-"no sir those tiles don't need sealed" (i lost this one because another tiler agreed they didn't need sealed,looks like 8m2 at £90m2 will be ruined by some muppet,probably done the b&q courserrr

Maybe when I take the car in for its MOT they can run a short course:

How to put your own car through an MOT and for you to pass it yourself.

Their staff are very uninformed and unspecialised! I would like to think that B&Q do realise this and offer some sort of training.

As far as Im aware they allocate departments to staff but I still think they multi task and cover areas they are not familiar with.
