if the customer has bought the adhesive b&Q , homebase crap etc ,i ask how much they paid for it ,tel them how crap it is then tell them to take it back and get there money back , then tell them yours is cheaper and better and is included in the price . they think they are getting it for nothing after getting there money back at the store . and are generaly chuffed to bits for saving them money ,
