Best and Worst grout

Worst to date.......Norcross 4 in 1 (Blue steel) used yesterday and supplied by the customer!
Consistency of tarmacadam
Far too gritty, for 1mm joints,
Couldn't get it into the wall joints,got more on the floor
Couldn't get it off my grout float,
Set far too quickly(grout 1m2 and wash it off immediately,grout 1m2..)
All the qualities of the dreaded old Bal MicroMax

It was that bad,it had me wondering if Norcross know how bad it is.
Because if they did know.......surely they wouldn't send it out of the factory gate,surely?
