hi jim mate use it neat........sometimes i mix the bal bond with adhesive and apply a slurry coat over the top...just brush it on...

Phoned tops tiles today to get a price on B A L S B R primer was told it is £50.00 for five litters and it covers 1.5m2 I need 14 tub off the stuff £700 the customer will sh*te there sells when I tell them

WOW...you can get it cheaper than that jim...plus 5ltrs will cover around about 20mtrs plus.. if applied with a small radiator roller ( sponge type )...or a brush...thats on bitumen..if its onto a porous type substrate like concrete or plaster then you can water it too 4-1 ratio...and it goes further....

Though that was pricey Dave if it was that expensive it would be cheaper to use flexi self leveller that was only £30 a bag

No don’t have a trade account gaz what do I need mate

If you use PCI primer 303 should cost you about £35 will cover at 50 mtrs and you can use any cement based adhesive
