bowed quartz floor tiles

My tiler thinks it's something to do with the heat and the tiles not being able to cope with it. Surely tho if the tiles were up to standard the heat should be no problem? Im only warming the floor in the hallway. They are not on a high temp at all, they are on low and constant

The adhesive used is fast setting so it states it sets/dried out in 3 hrs approx so would the water in the mix be an issue? Is resin pourous?

The moisture isn't an issue with those tiles..how would you mop them..?

Have you asked about the tiles suitability to heat..?

T...P.... are not interested to be honest. They are blameing the tiler. The girl on the phone did give away that they have known about the problem since jan so I cant be the only one with this problem!! I get the impression that they have had to deal with alot of these phone calls recently.

To me it seems that for them it's easier to blame the tiler.

How can they blame the fixer.. NONE of the guys at T P are trained tilers as far as i know..?? and are just retailers/importers of porcelain and stone.

Why would they not be able to cope with heat? I don't know how they make the tiles but could they not be cured properly?

T...P.... are sticking to thier guns and blaming the tiler. Until I get some evidence of other customer problems I'm stuck. When Granfix get back to me hopefully I'll have a report to take to T..P.... but i doubt they will be in business by then!!
