once got asked to tile a fire place surround lady said she couldn't get any boddy to come and look at it. as it happens was doing a job in the next street and went to have a look. I ended up doing the fire place kitchen floor and 3 bathrooms for her over 3 yrs. she has since moved an am doing work on her new place.

My brother in law is an electrician and when he moved to the coast a little old lady asked if he would do a job for her - so he went and did it and when he finished she said ''hang on, I'll pop indoors and get you something'' he assumed she was going to get her purse.
