That's exactly right, you should charge more for accepting cash as payment.I wouldn't , as it costs more to pay in cash than bank transfer. Even a cheque is cheaper.

Just to repeat, the customer gets the benefit and you take the risk if you're not declaring it, which is just plain stupid!!!
