good luck for the tenth Phil-Dont let this woman effect your marriage or health mate.Keep the chin up.I lost 18 grand to a crook of a builder (long story) and ended up remorgaging the house.Still paying for it now, but as human beings we will pretty much pull through most things thrown at us in life.
