I can't thank you enough for your help you are a top man in my book and if there is ever anything I can do for you all you need to do is ask and it will de done.

I can totally agree with that Dean. I was working for a customer a couple of weeks ago and his neighbour collared me about problems in his new 70m porcelain floored kitchen lifting. I posted on here and got confirmation of the reasons behind the failure. I said I would get Alan to speak to him and in turn he did. The guy is now fully aware of the process of installing the floor and can with confidence speak to the contractors who fixed it without being fobbed off.

Excellent result Dean, thanks for the text, and can I echo everyones comments about Ajax (Alan Jackson) he is a top man, he has helped me many times with his knowledge and expertise.

I know Alan is a busy man, but he always makes time to help. Thanks Alan. and well done Dean:hurray:
