Dewalt D24000

Hi all,

Well the D24000 saga continues. Have been having real issues with setting up the Dewalt 24000, at only a few weeks old and after being used on only 2 jobs have been troubled with the saw running off line. After hours of adjustments I have just about got the saw cutting true in a straight line. However when I tilt to cut 45 degree mitre on a straight edge of tile guess what...the mitre cut is now running off line :mad2:

Has anyone come across this issue with the D24000? Its driving me nuts.

Cheers

Dave

These a post from a few years ago about one running off line but apart from that havent found much re my issue.

So yours cuts L cut leaving a perfect 90 degree? and mitres are spot on?

Never had a problem with mine & it cuts as good today as it did when I got it.
Had it years now.

I am just now, bought a DNA off of Peter on here but not fitted it yet.
Used to run a marcrist in it but swapped back to the original blade.
I've never had one bit of bother with it, I've had it 6? Years now roughly.

Standard wheel, Rubi CPC wheel and soon to be fitted a Montolit wheel, as I said before. no issues !

Strange, I have tried everything and it seems that just when I have it cutting on line as soon as I flip to mitre it runs off again leaving top of tile cut correctly but by the time the cuts finished the other end still has 2-3mm of material left.

Could it be me???....hope not.
