Do I have to join the pub?.

i have just completed a bathroom that I am thinking about entering in the job of the month.
do I have to be a pub member before I can do this?

No you can enter as you wish.
If you want Arms access too then you must have the required amount of posts ( which you do) and supply mewith some form of proof that you are a bonafide tiler.
