It's crucial to get up off knees regularly,i was flooring all day myself and got up plenty so no sore knees tonight.
It's more a problem when we have a helper doing all the mixing and cutting and we just lay!

Toes are interesting,mine do ache at times.
I wear very flexible aluminium toed trainers so my toes are bent most of the time.
I think a more rigid sole might help this and might try it soon as i need new pair of work footwear.

Aching all over as had to finish all the fixing today, so can grout tomorrow. Left customer at 7:30 and back there in the morning at 7:30!!!! So at least i'll have an early finish, to get things ready for next job on Thurs.

I need at least one day a week to physically recover now. I sorted the knee problem last year with a little trick with sock garters round my trouser leg just under my kneepads. It keeps the kneepads in the perfect position and not slide down the leg ( it was actually the wife's idea and it works a treat).

I'm still trying to work out what the bad word was. One letter's been changed, yeah? Don't answer that.

Was just searching forums for TENS machine. I occasionally use mine for the aches and pains. It operates by attaching pads to the painful areas and sending pulses which stimulate your natural system against pain relief. It doesn't cure the problem but it really gives you relief from just about anything and they don't cost much and it only takes about 15mins.

I get sore knees after all day on them bent at right angles, but they stop aching after a couple of hours after finishing. Gonna give the alpro knee pads a go soon to see if that stops it
