my knees are killing me too, too many floors at the moment. i been getting to sleep lately with the quilt as a shock absorber between my knees:lol:

Was just searching forums for TENS machine. I occasionally use mine for the aches and pains. It operates by attaching pads to the painful areas and sending pulses which stimulate your natural system against pain relief. It doesn't cure the problem but it really gives you relief from just about anything and they don't cost much and it only takes about 15mins.

My shoulders killing me, really killing me. Its making me even more of a snappy bad-tempered piece of work than normal. I wish they would just harpoon it with a steroid injection...anythings got to be better than this every day.

It was work related....a bit of a mishap with a 110v transformer. I shouldnt have done what I done...the transformer won.

just finished 50m of very large format porcelain floor...and for some bizarre reason my bum cheeks are killing me!!:yikes:...I've got absolutley no idea why..I can only assume twisting and lifting the tiles from behind me whilst kneeling..but never had it before!...I reckon this could be the begining of the end...or the end of my end!:lol: tiling once again finds a new form of physical torture!

I also do this, wrist and fingers seem to hurt during the winter months also, but omega 3 oil seems to help a little.
