Grout joint? Where would I stand legally if I want them off the job when they still have my other bathroom fixtures etc, plus ruined tiles?

Do you have the reciepts for what's paid for?

Those pictures speak volumes, and not just the tiling. For example, the install of your tray. Is that new laminate flooring in your bathroom as well??
I would not let him lift another tool in that room. Your pictures show a complete lack of care to me.

Yes have receipts for goods purchased through their showroom,no that's the old flooring, I'm just worried that won't give me the rest of my goods, I can't see me getting a refund for the tiles.....
