I will bet you that the grout is modified? If it is ask your clients which bleach they have been using to clean the floor? Because I believe they have used bleach to clean the floor and not rinsed it with clean water and therefore the bleach has reacted with the polymers in the grout mate and sent it yellow!

Thats why i asked what cleaning they had done... first cause of yellowing in most cases..

its on the walls and they say the havent touched them but who knows,maybe if a weber rep comes out like advised here,then they will be able to say if its been cleaned with bleach or not

Best bet when you are in stalemate like this - he will know the products you've used and can advise either directly or via his technical department(generally the later)
