That's why I said marker pen, got to be good and thick :) I am so uncomfortable with your questions... are you sure you want to take this on? It seems just a little out of your comfort zone - please don't get this the wrong way. But, if you do want to go ahead - you apply the adhesive with the toothed mosaic trowel. But, even better, ask a local professional tiler to install the mosaic for you. You can ask for a tiler on here, check their feedback when you have some replies, or go to your local tileshop and ask, they will have business cards of professional tilers who frequent the shop. A lot can go wrong here, tilers are trained for a reason. And that is one big project.
