Well, been to the hospital today, consultant has the view that I've chopped clean right through the top tendon, and has book me in for an operation this coming monday to open up my hand, find where the tendon is now "they retract some way sometimes" when cut, and stitch it back together again, great fun eh

Odd customer, didn't want any trim when quoting him, just finish off with grout, nearly finished job and he then wanted a trim along the tile the full width of the floor.

He probably couldn't imagine what the finish would be like without the trim when you were explaining it, or perhaps he thought like some time ago the tile may have a glazed edge on one or a couple of sides. Though now it's nearly done he can picture the mess it would look like.

I'd consider taking some snaps to show future customers in a similar predicament.

As for your finger - OUCH!!!! we've all been there and will be there again no doubt. I hope it gets better soon mate. Remember to get some gloves of some type for when you're grouting and what-not.
