Here is a tip for anybody on bt if you are phoning up to complain about your broadband and youdontwant to soeak to anybody off shore , when you are on the menu and it ask what you are phoning about say "leave bt" and you will speak to someone in uk .
No, I've got a subscription for films, box sets etc.
Think you need to in tune with the Ricky Gervais sense of humour to fully appreciate it.

They convinced me to they would sort it out after I'd had what the considered was their all the whistle and bell homehub 6 previously they promised me the universe including the milky way & I got a bloody fredo instead , drops out all the time on my firestick , seriously thing of paying up the contract and going elsewhere

Yes pdc all my work colleagues are on shoebox my m8 did a speed test says it fine but always drops out when I speak to BT for which there on speedial now I get the same patter you need to spilt this from this all geek speak which we did and you now what didn't work so my 3rd son spoke to them & he in IT they hung up on him because in his words your talking rubbish but not as polite as that .So yes jrc you've hit the nail on the head time for them to go bye byes, cheers
