whats the best addy and grout for a fireplace(never done one b4)its clay tiles and i prefer bal if that helps anyone(prob not!):carols:

BAl is suitable no probs...upto about 100 dgs...

take it rapid set should be ok(pretty sure its a concrete base) and a non flexi grout?

cheers mate! your some man! can i ask is the flexi grout because of heat(i.e contracting and expanding?)

It is just peace of mind really.....better to use a modified grout IMO...
