Think out your set out, even if it takes you an hour. Like all, be clean, pick up and adhisive you drop there & then, have a squeezed out sponge next to you all the time to wipe off excess adhesive. When entering the home, always make a point of wiping your feet, and make sure thats load, gives the impression you care.

cheers again guys i went to the shop where the customer bought the tiles from and got quite a frosty welcome, wont be sending any one else there. the customer wanted tiles from B&Q so i talked them out of that and referred them to tile giant or a small independent. they bought from the independent. you'd think they would be pleased? Maybe there not keen on new faces?

prem I always have rolls of lining paper or old wall paper on my van and use it to mask all the worktops prior to starting then if you do drop addy or grout on the surface no harm done. Also the customer seem's much happier that you are looking after there new kitchen. Good luck and just think first tile last!!!!!
