height issues ????? lots of latex on tamped concrete !! may have been a damp problem ?

was a damp issue partially. too meet the other tiles, I want to take it back to concrete, prime, latex, thick bed gear to meet other tiles.?

no damp issues on the concrete, water leaked else where and ran under all floating insulation & ply
