Yes I'm sure this product will come under many names,but even the consumer knows well, set tile is tried and tested,If it was good enough for Julius Ceaser it's good enough for me is what I always say,they're two different products and I'm plenty busy spinning mud and setting them the way its been done for centuries,If any clients ask I'll just tell them they're"wannabee"tiles,cheers Mike

Hi Mike, If I drove north to Canada, I would go through Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York, then cross into Canada between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. I think this would put me somewhat near Toronto?

Manitoba is above North Dakota, which is a long way from me.

I do walls first leaving bottom cut out, then do floor and fit bottom cut, as previous posts much less chance of damaging newly laid floor, far better finish too

Exactly what I do, looks alot neater.

Hi Michael, you still out there? I found this thread again so I could give you an update. It seems Lowes "Blowes" has scoured every square inch of that crap fake tile from their stores- at least so far as I've seen.

Good news, eh? Maybe they learned their lesson.

I've been well thanks,I don't know when you sent this message but I'm just sifting through my e-mails now,I'm in the middle of negotiating 1000 sq ft of terra cotta tile ,I've got buddy down to 50cents a sq ft,if I can squeeze another 5 or 10 cents out of him (the tile store)then I'll have a nice 1000 ft basement to start ,although like I told my client,50 cernts a sq ft isn't bad for terra cotta ,what do you think,cheers,Mike
