Ok so going out on a limb and guessing,
I'd assume from the message that our server (cloud fare) or one of its clients is under going some level of ddos attack and they're searching for the source. But my knowledge is very limited I'm afraid.

Been having the same problems on the electricians forums. It's to do with increased DDoS attacks which has led to some increased protection being added. I'm sure
Dan will be along soon enough to explain it a lot better than I can.
