yes is new Italian forum. naturally . partner. number one is Mafia

Highly unlikely it's a rival forum. More likely bored kids with some third party hacking tools or maybe professional crime syndicates that try extort money from site owners. Could also be someone with a grudge and money to spend but again unlikely. Usually the only way you'd find out who was doing it and why is either when you receive a request for some kinda ransom payment or maybe by someone gloating.
