fuel costs/ mpg

42000miles last year. approx 43 mpg. Ford Mondeo. Got a brand new Peugeot 3008 deisel automatic now but the fuel tank is only 50 litres so I am at the garage 2 or 3 times a week.........still doing 44mpg though.

I only pay personal fuel though at 11p per mile flat rate.

My Astra Van has gone to the big scrap yard in the sky... believe it or not, i'm now using an Audi A6 which hurts a little when going anywhere 2 miles 10 miles it doesnt care it wants fed :S But she is very pretty, like women they look good, smell nice and cost you a fortune to keep.

Transit Connect TDI, getting around 40ish mpg give or take.

OK, it's not a van, but I've only had my 06 plate Nissan X-trail a few weeks. £78 to fill the tank and and it will go 250 miles. Approx 20 mpg!! It's a petrol auto. I don't put my foot down, but I thought it would do better mileage than that. Other than that it's a great car (apart from the squeaky wheels). Cheers Sean

Now the bad points.
This is its last MOT. It will never pass another one.
