I think your post is fine, its just we have recently been getting new tilers on here looking for work without contributing to the forum, and i think you would be a good addition too the site, so don't take it personally, its just a new thing being added to new members just too remind them of the rulles.

I am just working on an old minton and t & r boote floor in my spare time. I am trying to get it finished by the end of the year! I don't do that much victorian tiling/reclaiming/restoration etc. but given the choice i would do it everyday. I have started to collect old tiles, especially as most of them were made in my home town. I am a member of the Tiles & Architectural Ceramics Society. I try and research the history of each floor I work on.
