woman rung me to price replacing 3 floor tiles,she said theyve not been down long on concrete , but have cracked, what do we reckon? dot and dab?

Could be dot n dab but depends on how tiles have cracked..if the crack line is the same in all the tiles then it could be a bit of substrate movement...I'd give her a price for doing some exploratory work and then when you know what's wrong, give her the good or bad news...
