Don't buy the really cheap ones Ash, they don't last long. Get a 5 inch one. It gives you more scope with blades.

i have this one, served ,me well for a few years.
Unfortunately its around the £100 mark.

yeh well it was £35 I think it hasn't even lasted 6 months and I have hardly used it in that time period... but if I buy this cheap one it will just get me through tmoz and keep me on schedule I said it would be done by tmoz evening only got the floor and grouting to do now

You could hire one for the day. When you get paid from this job get the makita 4' grinder, £60 screwfix.
