Anywhere where 2 surfaces meet, internal corners, wall to floor joint etc.

At an internal corner the two tiles should be able to slide behind one another which is achieved by leaving a 2-3mm joint which is then filled with something that allows movement.
 
Same as everyone else, 2mm + silicon for internals.
