Could be moisture has got into the substrate and started to swell

It is Glaze crazing... happens with glass glaze after a few years..nothing to worry about..

They may be sortable with liquid resin! A lot depends on the colour and finish and whether they are ceramic or porcelain

i dont think i can treat them they are porcelain..

Golden porcelain restoration glaze is a product for reglazing but I don't think it is suitable for tiles.

Someone may know of another more durable product.
