Hand tool to eliminate lippage??

I just fix them right to start with, and if it's not right I take it off and re-do. Using this type of tool to level a tile will only leave voids.

yeh just fix right all those systems will just slow u down i feel hand fix if u have to pain in the u know what but sure what can u do its tiling lol

hi just to let u guy know ive tryed these and there useless, they create voids under the tiles, i tryed them on a perspec sheet it just leaves on tile with a viod . there ok but not to be trusted. just plenty of prep work and plenty of level usage

We all know that leveling systems are a load of rubbish.

but some times you need to pull a tile out by 0.25mm to 0.50mm to eliminate lippage at one point, in this case you may use a sucker plate or on a riven finished tile/stone the 'allen key tool'.

One can fashion one from a piece of metal, similar the the allen key idea. making it whatever size you need

I had a "dibber" made from flattened copper pipe - it did the trick when called upon :thumbsup:

We could stick in it a clamshell and sell it..... (£9.99 anyone??)

Always worth having everything in ones tool box that makes possible sense for the one off scenario it may be the solution
