The fastest floor grouting method I have ever used, was back in the day, when we were doing the Aldi, Lidl and Netto stores (power vibration system ) 1,100 M2 on average. We used to do 600/700 M2 per day easy ( grouting that is)
Chatting to a local builder in the pub last night and he said he had recently had a tiler working for him who grouted a bathroom in the time it would have taken to do one wall.
The way he described it was that the tiler 'whisked' the gout to almost a foam consistency and then put it in an old washing up bottle and used this to fill the joints. The builder said he had never seen this done before but reckoned it was very quick and a lot less messy so quicker to clean of any excess.
Anybody tried this method?
