Height difference from one room to another with UFH

Whats the best way to work with the height difeerence caused by UFH , SLC and insulation board coming out of the kitchen into hall way? I'm on a concrete base.

A door strip, there are many variations for the purpose or have a wood one made up.

screwfix do some cheap mdf door strips, diffrent variations, they do one that allows upto about 12 mm diffrence in the two floor levels

Sorry I didn't explain properly - it's being tiled right through but UFH in kitchen only . Actually in the toilet too coming off hallway there will be a difference .

About 10 mm with the UFH and SLC

You could screed up to the required height or continue through with a thicker insulation board.

you could also glue 6mm cement sheet down to take up height diff in un heated area
