Also I've made the frame and composite of thin ply,polystyrene board and thick ply on top,all siliconed together,so I'm going ahead with it despite all your abuse my dears,which adhesive shall I risk? Go on,have a wild stab,it's only an experiment with an unused heat mat and controller..

You could leave air channels in the framework and fill with helium to keep it light?

I would just go for any addy you want. Tbh as soon as you pick the board up the tiles will likely pop off anyway
