Hi Folks

I don't install ceramics but I do most other types of flooring.

I came across this site while searching for some info on a new mixer (mine decided it would start smoking whilst mixing some smoothing compound).

Already read a few reviews of some of the mixers I've been considering.

Welcome - keep an eye at Lidl - they have a paddle mixer for £40 ish and its excellent value.
