I have only 2 comments -
1) a picture of the tanked room is on its side so I had to turn my head.
2) that is just about the perfect installation!

I agree, superb installation.
Only comment I would make would be the top window reveal is miles out.

@Waluigi thanks, i think i know the bit you mean, the slate? I didn't know how to fix that issue 😳 The window seemed 'too big' on the outside and i couldn't drop the slate any lower at the window side because it would no longer meet the frame and allow the trickle vent to open 😱

Cracking job from prep to tiling to epoxy grout. Not easy at all both of you must have the patience of a saint
