Help my sky isn't working

Any one help? "No satellite received" but I can't get my telly to show ANYTHING!! arrrrrrrgh

Turn it of at the wall for a few mins...then try again...

wonder if my dish is frozen with all this snow. I wouldn't mind if I could just watch telly without the sky on.

Is it a sky plus.? and did you turn the power off..

yes its sky plus and I turned both off at the wall.

wait 5 mins and turn on..it will take a few mins to reset....then see what happens..is it still snowing..?

ok i'll try that cheers. It's stopped now, but there's about 4 inches on my car! Just got a text off my daughter and there's abandoned cars everywhere! (middlesbrough)

We have about the same as you....over in Aycliffe.

I doubt the weather has froze the LMB on the dish..plus my sky is fine..
